KY Senate passes bill defending religious expression in schools
The bill allows religious beliefs to be expressed on school grounds, teachers to use the Bible for the study of religion, and US history, and school boards to sponsor religious artistic and theatrical programs.
Well worded, but this essentially means "Christmas" will replace the all-inclusive "happy holidays."
Seeing that this has always been a thing, I'm not surprised. They just have now decided to make it official. It's worth it to see if creationism has weeded its way back into kentucky biology classrooms yet. For now, we continue to promote Christianity disguised as put vaguely, 'religion', in public schools.
